Shipping & Returns
Shipping / Delivery
- You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
- Orders must be collected within the timeframe communicated at confirmation.
- A valid order confirmation and proof of identity may be required at collection.
In-Store Pick-Up (Click & Collect)
- Collection is available only at the store selected at checkout.
- Orders can be collected during the store’s normal opening hours.
- Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the order is collected.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unworn frames, sunglasses, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of collection.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
- Returns must be made in-store at any Mathieu Opticien location.
- Prescription lenses are not sold online and therefore excluded from online returns.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Refund processing begins once the return is approved.
- Depending on banking institutions, refunds may take up to 28 working days to appear in your account.
Faulty Products
- Please notify us within 7 working days of collection.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-year warranty.
- Mathieu Opticien reserves the right to repair or replace the product before issuing any refund.
