We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team at one of our succursales in the West of Mauritius and play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the outlet.

Your Role
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the team, driving sales performance, maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring that the outlet operates efficiently and in line with company procedures.

Profile
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, with previous supervisory or team-leading experience being an advantage.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Good understanding of shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, stock control and reporting.
- Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team while leading by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Reliable, proactive and professional, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer-focused and able to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable to the operational needs of the outlet.
- Ideally residing in the West of Mauritius, with convenient access to Cascavelle.
